We only have three spaces open, all single wide spaces but could accommodate a small double wide 20' x 60'.

We have a heated pool, Jacuzzi, club house with kitchen facilities, billiard and pool tables, exercise room, card room, laundry facilities and RV storage yard for your RV. We have many planned activities including potluck dinners once a month, bingo, Bunco, cards, bridge etc.

Our spaces have full 200 amp electrical service available and Salt River Project is the power provider; gas is available at each site. Our spaces are large. We welcome small pets. Our rates are the most reasonable at $370/month for a single wide space and $385/month for a double wide space. These lot rents INCLUDE water/sewer and refuse collection. We are also offering TWELVE (12) MONTHS of FREE Rent to qualified new residents when moving a home into our community, spread over twenty four months.
